Such a cool bakery. You actually get to put on plastic gloves and walk around, select your items right out of the bins....fresh from the oven. Nothing like hot bagels and bread.
Very inexpensive as well. You have to experience this place. I urge everyone to visit. Very cool -

What's better than fresh bread? Picking out your favorite bagel right out of the oven!
Best place in rockland hands down. Once your done picking out your bread, make sure to grab a cupcake or two on the way out. -

Amazing bakery close to home .
We came across this bakeshop yesterday for cookies and desserts. Then we discovered an entire section of freshly baked breads towards the back of the store.
I was blown away by the large bread selections sitting on countless rows of rack. Breads were appearing on several applications of conveyor belts as they leave the oven.
Grab a paper bag and some gloves upon entering the "bread factory" and start bagging up what you'd like to purchase. They have everything from loafs, rolls, bagels, baguettes, ciabattas, focaccias (by the pan), pretzels, and many more!!!
We spent around 40min between the bakeshop, bread factory, and waiting In line to checkout. This place is definitely a high traffic volume location with plenty of parking.
The bakeshop has an INSANE selection of goodies. They carry twice the amount of any regular bakery would carry. I wanted to try everything!! One of their Italian raspberry jam filled sandwich cookies alone came in three forms: rainbow sprinkles, green sprinkles, or a larger sized cookie without sprinkles. We went with our favorite rainbow sprinkles and they are mini, yet jumbo at the same time!!! You have to hold one in your hands to understand!!! Wish there was more jam filling.
The rainbow cookies had a strong almond paste flavor, exactly how we like them. Lobster tails are filled with the same filling as their cannolis, and I loved the mini chocolate chips inside the filling. Presentation of all their desserts are praise worthy.
My only Con-
1. the bread is definitely fresh, however the recipes are not classified as your local artisan bread. You will definitely notice the breads are inexpensive and affordable because they taste like factory-made bread, and that is because they are industrial. Nevertheless, they were absolutely delicious because they were purchased piping hot- It just doesn't get any more delicious than fresh breads.
2. There are simply too many dessert and cookies selections and very hard to decide what to purchase. You'll tend to spend more than anticipated, especially when it's your first time visiting.I am sure not everything is sold out within a few days, hence my tiramisu cup was a little watery at the base. -

New favorite place heading upstate. Seriously I'm so glad I found this place, gotta thank yelp for this gem! Delicious bread, all types. So fun to be in the factory and take right off the conveyor belt. Great deli, and bakery. The rainbow cookies were surprisingly delicious. Will 150% be back!

Smells good tastes good. I love the experience of getting your bread straight off the racks. Everything is a good price. There are 3 different sections: deli, bread, and dessert pastries. I always get the large bag when picking my bread because i never know what I want and I end up buying a lot. I love their challah bread and hot bagels. I haven't bought anything from the deli yet. I usually treat myself with one thing from the pastry section when I come by.
